We hand select expert realtors who understand physician’s unique situations and needs to insure these physicians and their families get the home buying experience they deserve.

Bill Grubb, Founder & Partner
Having consulted with thousands of physicians over the last 9 years, 7 of them at Bank of America, gives Bill the knowledge and experience to guide doctors to the best mortgage and financial plan for them. Bill has worked with thousands of real estate agents in the past decade, and seen what makes the great ones rise to the top. This experience has enabled him to build Exclusive Physician Loan’s Award Winning Physician Realtor Network. Bill lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife and 5 kids and is often found coaching kids sports on the local Carlsbad fields and courts. Bill is a serial entrepreneur and passionate about getting his clients the very best deal and experience available. Bill was in The Top 1% of all mortgage originators in 2006 & 2007 in the U.S. Bill is currently working on his Financial Planning Certificate. Bill did his undergraduate studies at The University of California, Berkeley, and was the captain of the lacrosse team.
Bryan Bome, Partner
An economics major from Hobart College in upstate NY, Bryan is passionate about educating his clients so they can make the very best mortgage decision for their families. Bryan lives in Encinitas, CA and loves surfing, coaching youth lacrosse, and is an entrepreneur at heart. Bryan also has a small company that is working on helping prevent skin cancer. Bryan’s background as an underwriter, specifically working with high credit and high income applicants, often physicians, gives him the tools and experience to advise these young physicians on the best mortgage and financial plan for them. Bryan was a 2 sport varsity athlete at Hobart, playing lacrosse as well as soccer (team captain).
Patti Conley, Partner
Patti’s career has recently resumed after spending 14 years at home raising her 3 children. Patti graduated from St. Leo University with a degree in management. Passionate about the details, the customer experience and being extremely thrifty (cheap as she calls it), Patti is always making sure the customer gets the very best deal. Patti began her professional career on Wall Street, working for Goldman Sachs for 10 years, focusing on high net worth client’s customer satisfaction. One of her more interesting positions was being Jim Cramer’s (Mad Money) assistant for several years. Patti, a real estate investor, has bought, sold, and remodeled many homes herself. Patti manages Exclusive Physician Loans Awarding Winning Realtor network, insuring her clients are working with only top, professional agents who are experts in their local metro areas. An exercise enthusiast, Patti is an early riser, often found spinning at the Y in the early morning.
