We hand select expert Realtors who understand physician’s unique situations and needs to insure these physicians and their families get the home buying experience they deserve.
Our Team
Bryan Bome, Co-Founder & Partner
An economics major from Hobart College in upstate NY, Bryan is passionate about creating the very best experience for EPL’s clients. Having spent the past 3 years building Exclusive Physician Loans, his expertise in physicians home buying needs is evident. Bryan’s background as an underwriter, specifically working with high credit and high income applicants, often physicians, led him to believe that new physicians need specialized advise on home purchasing. Bryan lives in Encinitas, CA and loves surfing, coaching youth lacrosse, and is an entrepreneur at heart. Bryan was a 2 sport varsity athlete at Hobart, playing lacrosse as well as soccer (team captain).
Matthew Murphy, Vice President of Sales
As a public policy major from Hobart College, Matthew began his career in municipal construction management at McCormick Taylor, Inc in Exton, PA. After 4 years of managing construction projects, varying from bridges and roads to infrastructure, Matt relocated to San Diego in search of new career opportunities and better weather. Enjoying working with people on a daily basis, assisting physicians in making the best personal mortgage and real estate decisions has become a rewarding source of motivation. With over a year of experience at EPL, Matthew has become an expert in this arena, and continues to educate himself in this ever-changing real estate environment. As a two time captain of the Hobart Lacrosse team, as well as three time Hale Scholar, Matt has demonstrated leadership on and off the field and continues to strive to be the best at everything he does.
Krista Tracanna, Vice President of Sales
With a strong background in customer service, Krista enjoys working one on one with physicians, with the opportunity to build strong relationships and provide the most ideal financial assistance possible. Krista puts customer service first when dealing with her clients, and understands that physicians have very unique real estate needs. She takes pride in tailoring a solution for each individual physician’s situation. Orginally from Philadelphia, Krista lives in Pacific Beach, CA but continues to be a devout Phillies, Flyers and Eagles fan while spending her free time practicing print making and other art forms. A graduate of Salisbury University, Krista majored in Communication with a minor in Art, and was a member of the Communications honor society and the Dean’s list.
Leslie Grubb, Partner
Leslie has been associated with the physician loan business for almost 10 years. Leslie specialize in customer service and customer satisfaction.
