Profitability
Conservatively, in a moderately priced market, we’re projecting our real estate partners to be closing 6-10 deals @ $175k average, and 2-4 deals at a $450k average. This would yield approx. $58k to $106k gross commission.

Of this gross commission, you’ll pay out 1/3 (33%) in referral fees to our Real Estate Company. So we’re projecting these exclusive partnerships will be netting our partners approximately $38,610-$70,290. Of the 1/3 referral fee you’re paying out to us, a significant portion of that will be returned to these clients.

Exclusivity
There will be only 1, and in a few instances, several agents that we’ll partner with in metropolitan area. The only reason we’ll have several in some markets is sheer size and volume (Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Houston, SF Bay Area, etc). You’ll be the only agent in your area to have access to this program. (Hint: We have an investor who loves physician and offers true zero down loans with no PMI up to $1M)

Application Criteria & Requirements
To interview for unique and exclusive opportunity, the following is required:

• Minimum Gross Commissions of $75k plus in each of the last 3 years
• Minimum 5 years licensed experience
• Record of excellence, with numerous awards & achievements in your real estate career
• Run a team, be able to handle the volume in a small window of time
• Be able to devote 2 hours per month, August through March, for distribution of our marketing collateral
• Set up and organize 1-2 presentations/receptions in Jan & March
• Commitment to top customer service required: Follow up immediately with leads, report back on all leads
• Introductions immediately, weekly email updates on purchasing status of all leads
• A great web site with email update technology for home searches
